Traveled with my friend & we got a private tour. It was on time & very sulit. Our driver/guide, Kuya Genjun, was very accommodating & kind. Would 100% recommend having the tours with him! He was very helpful & trustworthy! 🙂

It is very recommended. Kuya marvin arrived on time in our hotel. He was very polite to us, and he was very entertaining. He became our driver/tour guide/photographer. He taught us how to pose to get a beautiful angle in our pictures. He was very kind. He taught us where to eat our lunch, and where to buy affordable pasalubongs. Thank you sa tour guide and driver Lalap. Maasikaso at chill lang kasama sa sasakyan. Walang hassle at naeexplain nya ng maayos ang itinerary at ang mga kailangan sa tour. Maganda din ang accommodation, malinis, tahimik at mababait ang mga staff.

Our cancellation policy depends on when the request is made. Cancellations received less than 7 days before the tour are eligible for a refund of 50% of the required down payment. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the tour are non-refundable. Confirmed accommodation is also non-refundable. If GoCebu cancels due to natural events or government-mandated restrictions, guests may reschedule or receive a refund after applicable service charges, fees, and expenses. Yes. Private tours and multi-day packages can be adjusted according to your preferred attractions, schedule, group size, and budget. Changes are subject to availability, travel time, attraction hours, and possible additional charges. Joiner tours follow a fixed itinerary and generally cannot be customized.
Yes. Hotel, airport, and seaport pickup and drop-off are available. Same-day transfers are included when they are part of your scheduled tour within Cebu City, Mandaue City, or Lapu-Lapu City. Standalone transfers, different-day service, and locations outside these areas are subject to confirmation and additional charges.
