Our cancellation policy depends on when the request is made. Cancellations received less than 7 days before the tour are eligible for a refund of 50% of the required down payment. However, cancellations made less than 72 hours before the tour are non-refundable. In addition, confirmed accommodation is non-refundable. If GoCebu cancels due to natural events or government-mandated restrictions, guests may reschedule or receive a refund after applicable service charges, fees, and expenses. Yes. Private tours and multi-day packages can be adjusted according to your preferred attractions, schedule, group size, and budget. However, changes are subject to availability, travel time, attraction hours, and possible additional charges. In contrast, joiner tours follow a fixed itinerary and generally cannot be customized.
Yes. Hotel, airport, and seaport pickup and drop-off are available. In addition, same-day transfers are included when they are part of your scheduled tour within Cebu City, Mandaue City, or Lapu-Lapu City. However, standalone transfers, different-day service, and locations outside these areas are subject to confirmation and additional charges.
